Hampton-Atlanta Motor Speedway 2017 Kids & Pros Clinic

Hampton, GA – What a great night of two local favorite pasttimes – a night where football and racing collided for fun on the infield at Atlanta Motor Speedway, the Kids & Pros Youth Football Clinic in Hampton, GA!  Former Atlanta Falcons Linebacker Buddy Curry, and Defensive Back Bobby Butler continued their 16th year of Youth Football Camps across the Southeast, in conjunction with Kids & Pros Inc., by hosting the first ever #youthfootball clinic and parent information session at Atlanta Motor Speedway, courtesy of the Childress Institute for Pediatric Trauma and other local sponsors.   The one night skills clinic ran from 4-8 PM with 103 youth ages 7 – 13 from Henry County, and surrounding communities, passing, running, and learning proper tackling techniques.  Curry, a USA Football Master Trainer, incorporates safe tackling techniques into his clinics along with life skill lessons.  The safe, non-contact football instruction teaches campers, parents and coaches the right way to play and how to avoid injuries, impact as a coach as a role model, character building through football, equipment fitting, concussion avoidance, and proper skill training and tackling techniques.
